I don't feel anything anymore when I receive a rejection from an open call.
Got so used to institutional AI responses, but I'm still wondering if there are real people behind them?
I put a lot of time and effort into these applications.
Are open calls real? Or is it just a myth?
When I put a lot of time and effort into these applications and get these soulless responses, I think sometimes about reasons:

• My art is just bad
• The open call was already arranged
• People reviewing the applications might also be exploited cultural workers and they don't have time to see everything.
